Party Sized Tiramisu
Pudding Recipe = Party Sized Tiramisu - Serves 16
Ingredients:
20ml good quality coffee granules
30ml boiling water
375ml cream
250g mascarpone cheese or smooth cottage cheese
60ml sweetened condensed milk
150g dark chocolate, melted
250g sponge fingers
250ml coffee liqueur
50g dark chocolate, melted
Method:
Dissolve the coffee granules in the boiling water. Leave to cool. Whip the cream until stiff and blend in the mascarpone condensed milk, melted chocolate and cooled coffee. Toss the biscuits in the liqueur. Layer the biscuits and the chocolate mixture in a rectangular dish. Decorate the dessert with melted chocolate then refrigerate the tiramisu overnight or for a couple of hours before serving.
