Grilled Tuna and Butter Bean Salad

Low Fat Recipe = Grilled Tuna and Butter Bean Salad - serve 4

Ingredients:
600g fresh tuna steak cut into fingers
2 tins butter beans drained
1 red pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
1 handful coriander, chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 fresh mild chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
100ml olive oil
40ml soy sauce
2 teaspoons honey
Juice of 2 limes
Salt
Black pepper to taste

Method:
Season the tuna and brush with olive oil. Grill on a hot griddle until cooked to your liking.
Rinse the beans and toss with the chopped onion, pepper, garlic, chilli and coriander. Season.
Make up the dressing by combining the rest of the olive oil with the Soya, honey and lime juice. Pour half the dressing over the bean salad and toss.
Place the bean salad onto 4 plates. Top with the cooked tuna and dress with the remaining dressing.
Serve with crusty bread.
