Creamed Chicken and Potato recipe
Ingredients:
2 tsp margarine
1 tsp flour
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup chicken, cooked and diced
1/4 potato, cooked and cubed
1 tablespoon grated cheese
Method:
Melt margarine in small pan over low heat. Stir in flour, and blend well. Add milk, and stir until smooth, as you would do to make a white sauce.
Cook over low heat until mixture begins to thicken, then add chicken and potatoes. Stir for about 2 to 3 minutes more or until heated through. Add cheese, and stir until smooth.
